There is a pay & display car park right behind the venue Heritage Centre Car Park. Alternatively Cannon Square Car Park (6 minutes walk) to the venue.

Woolwich Station is 15mins by tube from Liverpool Street Train Station (Elizabeth Line) and 25mins from Paddington (Elizabeth Line).

Will I have to queue when I get there?

Yes, please be prepared to queue when you arrive. We are expecting a lot of people to arrive at the same time at 11.00am & 1.00pm. We will be checking tickets as fast as possible, but we would really appreciate your patience while waiting. Average queueing time based on previous events is approx. 5 minutes and max. 10 minutes at peak times. The queue looks scarier and moves a lot quicker than you think! Do I have to print my tickets or can I show my e-ticket on my phone at the door?

Let's be environmentally friendly. If you have a smart phone please show your e-ticket at the door.

Will I be allowed entry if I arrive later/earlier than my ticket entry time?

Please try to arrive around the time of your session, but as long as you have a full price ticket to show you will be allowed entry even if you arrive a bit earlier (subject to capacity) and after your session start. Please note this doesn't apply to the (£1) late session 3pm entry tickets. You will only be allowed entry from 4pm.

Is there a time limit?

No, there is no time limit you are welcome to stay as long as you wish. Door closes at 4.30pm and event finishes at 5pm.

Yes, there will some tickets at the door if capacity allows it. However it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our event is a Keto AND a Low Carb event, so all producers/ products will be low carb, but not all products will be suitable for keto.
